Anna Thames
I’m no stranger to life’s pain and struggles like many of you reading this today. I understand what it is like to feel misunderstood, unheard, scared, and sometimes paralyzed by stress and fear. I can relate to life stressors as a mom, wife, friend, sister and all the other hats I wear in this life like many of you. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help you understand why you feel the way you feel and cultivate an active plan towards healing. I am a very open and authentic person and bring those traits with me in my office. Therapy isn’t always sad and gloomy, sometimes we laugh and make jokes because it is important to understand not all of life is hopeless. My clients experience changes over their time in therapy, not just in their anxiety, depression and addiction but in their relationships, their career and how they feel about themselves. I believe each person knows themselves better than anyone else and together we will find an authentic you by learning to listen to your mind and body.
I help people who struggle with day-to-day life, relationships, past hurts, and current stressors. I help people learn to stay present in their life, organize their life, and learn it is ok to take care of yourself and enjoy life. I help you see your thinking patterns and how these patterns are interacting with your daily life making it difficult to get through the day. I will teach you boundaries that work for you and how to advocate for yourself and your needs. I teach you how to use skills to make life more manageable and livable. I listen to you and hear what you are saying so I can meet you right where you are. I talk with you about things that no one knows to help get rid of shame, guilt, worry, anxiety, and exhaustion. One of my approaches is to keep things very real with you. Nothing is off the table and whatever you bring up, whatever you say is where we will meet together to dig deeper for lasting change. I work with you on living and not just surviving. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, past hurts haunting you, or addiction reach out for more support today.

Lindsay Hicks
A very wise professor once said, “Happiness can be found even if the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” My job is to help you figure out how to turn on the light switch. We can’t control all of our circumstances, but we can learn how to play the hand that we’ve been dealt in the healthiest and most productive way.
I enjoy working with adults and older adolescents who are going through major life changes, such as going to college, empty nest, new jobs, marriage and/or divorce, new babies, and other stressors. I also do a lot of work with women, in particular, who are dealing with perfectionism, over extending themselves, and imposter syndrome. I enjoy working with clients who struggle with depression and/or anxiety. I started my career working in substance abuse, and I am a licensed clinical addition specialist associate. I do enjoy working with people in recovery and family members of those who struggle with addiction. I have also worked in jails and forensic hospitals and enjoy working with those who are involved in the legal system or have family members in the legal system.
I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and use this type of therapy to help those who are suffering with the effects of trauma and people who are struggling with phobias. While I do offer virtual sessions, for EMDR, I find it to be more effective in person.
My approach to working with clients is very individualistic. Just because something has worked for me or for someone else, doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for you. I want to learn what makes you tick, what triggers you, what makes you happy, what you enjoy doing, and what you dislike, so we can formulate a plan together. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy techniques to find what works best for you.
I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years, but when I take my therapist hat off, I am a daughter, a sister, a friend, an aunt, and a momma to a fur baby. I also enjoy fostering puppies and will hopefully own a Great Dane soon. Needless to say, I am a major animal lover. I am also a proud Harry Potter adult. I love reading, last year I read 122 books, and my favorite genres are mystery/suspense and fantasy. I also love running, I’ve run five half marathons and would love to run a full marathon one day. My favorite thing in the world is taking my puppy, Nola, on puppy girl runs with me (she’s 9). If I’m not working, reading, running, or playing with dogs, you will find me fully invested in true crime.

Life can often feel like a maze—filled with twists, turns, and moments of uncertainty that leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to go next. I understand those feelings because I’ve been there too, and I believe no one should have to face life’s challenges alone.
As a therapist, my approach is both compassionate and eclectic, meaning I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” solution. Instead, I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques—like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies—to create a personalized path for you. My goal is to provide a multifaceted approach to healing that addresses not just the surface challenges but also the deeper emotions and patterns that may be holding you back.
Together, we’ll work on understanding what’s weighing you down and explore practical tools to lighten that load. Whether it’s managing anxiety, finding peace in the chaos of stress, or rediscovering hope when it feels lost, I’m here to help you not just cope but thrive.
I believe in creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and valued—where you can show up as your true self without fear of judgment. Life may not come with a roadmap, but we can navigate the path forward together, finding strength in the journey and uncovering tools that empower you to handle whatever comes next.
You’re not alone in this. Together, we’ll face life’s struggles and discover a way forward—one step, one breakthrough, one moment at a time.

Robert Baker
Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling to stay organized, or finding it hard to focus? I know how hard it can be, I have been there too. I work with children and adults that may be navigating the complexities of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or anxiety, and could be dealing with executive dysfunction or behavioral challenges. You might feel frustrated with daily routines, have difficulty meeting expectations at work or school, or be going through a significant life change that’s leaving you feeling unsettled. Your goals may include improving focus, managing emotions, developing coping strategies, or finding alternative approaches like neurofeedback to help you feel more in control of your life.
I specialize in helping individuals who face challenges with attention, behavior, and emotional regulation, offering evidence-based techniques alongside neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive method that helps train your brain to self-regulate, improving focus, reducing anxiety, and enhancing overall cognitive function. Combined with counseling, I focus on building practical tools for managing ADHD, ASD-related struggles, anxiety, and executive dysfunction. Whether it’s improving emotional balance, learning how to manage stress, or using neurofeedback to support mental wellness, we’ll work together to create personalized strategies that fit your unique strengths and needs.
I understand that taking the first step to seek help can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I’m here to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. Whether you are curious about neurofeedback or looking for a more holistic approach to therapy, I am ready to support you in your journey. If you’re ready to explore how you can live with greater confidence and ease, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create lasting change and help you navigate life with more clarity and calm.

Walking through life can be a struggle at times. Everyday tasks can keep us overwhelmed and bogged down. The joy and happiness that we experience on the mountain tops of life can quickly turn to sadness, disappointment, and pain. These valleys of pain and sadness keep us weighted down, make us feel alone, and literally as if the weight of the world rested on our shoulders. I’ve been in these valleys that made me feel alone, tired, and scared. I have also experienced the pain of grief, worry, and uncertainty. During those times in my life, laughter, joy, and happiness felt so out of reach. If you have ever experienced these times, I am here to listen.
My goal as a therapist is to assist you as you walk through these valleys. As a therapist, I offer a safe non-judgmental space for you to freely express your inner self. I approach counseling with care and compassion and strive to help bring hope, healing, and restoration. While working together, we will examine distressful causes, set achievable goals to attain positive outcomes, and explore ways that not only allow you to cope in life but to thrive in life. I support individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress management, adjustment concerns and grief. I also assist women who are struggling from infertility, pregnancy loss, or past pregnancy terminations.
I believe transparency is a key factor to building trust and I strive to bring my true genuine self to the therapeutic relationship. I feel when encouragement, compassion, and empathy are displayed, healing can begin. My approach to counseling is to view each person in a holistic manner and recognize that you bring your unique self to the counseling relationship. I want you to know I value you as an individual and together we can navigate through the paths of life, so that you can find renewal, peace, and continuous joy.
